Alex joined CCSE in 2022 as CEO and is responsible for the overall market success and performance of the company. Prior to joining CCSE, Alex worked in the renewable energy, mining and metal industries; as a management consultant, and in various senior management roles. Alex holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, an MBA from McGill University, and is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ).

Jean-Philippe founded CCSE back in June 2017. He holds an CQE certification from the American Society for Quality and is professionally trained in metrology, continuous improvement, and quality assurance. With over 15 years of experience in the cold chain industry, Jean-Philippe is responsible for the strategic alignment of CCSE innovation efforts, its continuous market relevance, and its growing customer base.

Kelly joined CCSE in 2019. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, continually improving service quality, and implementing the operational strategy. She leverages her experience in the logistics management industry to lead our Supply Chain, Production, and Service teams. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UQAM, which helps her find creative and ingenious ways to solve our clients' challenges.
